Vacation Sensation in Gili Meno Lombok Primitive
Gili meno is a small island located in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Lombok dyke itself has some fruit, such as in my postings before. Gili Meno Lombok is an island located in between two other dyke, namely Gili Trawangan and Gili Air.
Access
Gili Meno Lombok, can be reached in about 45 minutes from the port of Mataram (wards) using a rented speedboat or a small boat that became public transportation vehicles only from Mataram. The ships are also route around some of the existing dyke around Gili Meno.
Scheduled departure of the ship that is between the hours of 9:00 to 10:00 am and 14:00 to 15:00 pm each day. Or if you are interested in renting your own speedboat, so you can charter a speedboat found at the harbor. To be more efficient, you need to find a friend or travelers who also want to head to the Gili-gili. Because the rent is pretty expensive speedboat.
Indigenous
Gili Meno Lombok has a population of only about 300 people. On the island's white sand, you will not be able to find a motor vehicle. Vehicles used by the inhabitants of the island is just a horse.
However, the quiet atmosphere of the island and are rarely visited by tourists, guaranteed to make you who like quiet can feel the sensation of different primitives in a vacation on the island.
Bird Park and Snorkeling
There is a bird park in the middle of the island of Gili Meno Lombok. The collection is fairly comprehensive, ranging from rare birds like the parrot in the country, or some kind of foreign origin of birds you can find here.
If you like snorkeling, there are so many beautiful sights along the coral reef fish, sea fish are free swimming in shallow waters around the island.
You can even learn to dive in Gili Meno, as a place that rents diving courses diving equipment will teach you who have never dived with a patient and friendly.
No ATM
Remember to bring money in cash when on vacation in Gili Meno, because it is unlikely you will find ATM machines there. So instead you run out of stock, then you should plan carefully what you would do on a desert island, along with the cost of which is roughly needed.
