Beberuk Terong ( Eggplant Beberuk )
material:
10 bean stalk, cut into 2 cm
1 pc tomatoes
3 pcs eggplant round
1 tbsp cooking oil / cooking oil
1 pc lime
puree:
3 red chillies curly
2 pcs chili sauce
1 clove white BWG
4 cloves red BWG
1 mcm kencur
1 tsp roasted shrimp paste
1 tsp sugar
½ teaspoon salt
How to Make:
Cut the eggplant and cut into 1 cm dice tomatoes into 8 pieces.
Place on a serving dish with pieces of string beans.
Mix the ground spices with cooking oil or cooking oil.
Sprinkle over the vegetables, add lime flavors on it.
